This cream has been a huge aide in my breastfeeding routine. It moisturized and relieved any sore spots or cracks from the first application and there is a noticable change in my comfort if I stop using it. I purchased the cream because I was having a very hard time with chaffed and cracked nipples due to frequent feeding and it works like a charm. I had tried vasoline as well as jelonet and this cream is by far the best option. It doesn't need to be wiped away before feeding, so it is also very convenient.
