Olay Anti-wrinkle eye gel, 23 May 2009

Olay products, have come on leaps and bounds in terms of effectiveness. This product is no exception! Cool to place on the eye area and tightens the skin immediately. Would recommend it's use. It seems to keep the tiny crows feet at bay for the whole day.

This clear gel comes in a pot and although the size is only 15ml a little really does go a long way and it lasts for quite a long time. I apply it daily after cleansing my skin and smooth a little all around the eye area. It is important to be gentle with this area of skin but a little gentle tap with an index finger can also help with a little puffiness beneath the eye area. I find this does need a little time to sink in, but I put it on before breakfast and then do my make up for the day afterwards and by then the gel has sunk into the skin to work it's magic.

I have very sensitive skin and I often find my skin reacts badly to most products for anti aging that I have tried, this gorgeous eye gel being the exception.

I have found that 14 years after starting to use this product I barely have any lines around my eye area.

In the warmer weather or when I go abroad I keep this lovely eye gel in the fridge and is perfect when applied cold and so refreshing in the hot weather.

After using this product didn't noticed any changes , my eyes got even worse, leaves oily shiny film under eyes. I will never buy it again

Simple repair anti wrinkle eye cream, 29 July 2011

Been through anything from cheap to ridiculously expensive and this is certainly going to be the eye cream forever.Non sticky,moisturising and make up is easily applied on top of it unlike alot of eye creams.Well recommended.

This product is good value for money. The eye cream is light and easily absorbed and after a few weeks'use, I noticed the difference wrinkle-wise. Excellent for anyone with sensitive skin.

Better than I expected, 16 May 2011

I've always been quite cynical about anti-wrinkle creams, in the belief that a good moisturiser should do the job. However, I was given this Simple Repair Day Cream by a friend and I have to say that it has really impressed me. It's very easily absorbed and has made the skin on my cheeks and forehead much fresher and softer. It's not greasy and feels light when I put it on, and it really does seem to have helped improve the condition of my skin and depth of wrinkles. It says it contains sunscreens, although it doesn't specify to what SPF level so I think it must be a subtle level of protection, which is fine by me. The other thing I really like is that it's not tested on animals or made from animal-derived chemicals, but instead has lots of lovely natural plant-based ingredients. I've been a fan of Simple stuff for years, which is why my friend suggested I try this. Their products are really good for people with sensitive skin like me (I use the Simple Derma range regularly), and it makes me happy to know that I'm not putting weird chemicals on my skin. It's not easy to find some of the more exclusive Simple products in the shops, so I'm pleased that I can now order it regularly from Amazon. For the price I think this is a really good product and will be using it ongoing instead of my previous, more expensive Clinique cream. So, it's thumbs up from me!
