Anti Wrinkle Cream – With Organic Aloe Vera and Vitamin E & Q 10 –

My wife loves everything about this face cream, right from the packaging through to how this cream makes her skin feel throughout the day, her face feels nourished entirely and as she would agree this cream provides deep hydration whilst absorbing relatively quickly on application.

The cream has a very subtle and pleasant smell and in terms of consistency it is very thick and rich; a little goes a long way. Because the cream is rich my wife has found the best way to apply it to her face is to rub a little on the palm of her hand then when this is warmed a little she applies it to her face; she swears by this method for all thick moisturisers since a beautician advised her it will help with absorption and even application. Whether there’s any truth in this or not it’s what my wife has done for the past ten years and she is fortunate to have very good skin complexion with very few issues.

The list of active ingredients in this product are impressive and my wife really noticed a difference from first application; containing 100% organic aloe vera in high concentration.

After researching Aloe Vera further it has been scientifically proven to increase the elasticity of your skin and make it more flexible through collagen as well as elastin repair. Aloe vera is also super hydrating, and as an emollient it helps to soften and soothe the skin. If not convinced by my internet research my wife says she truly can feel a difference when using this moisturiser, it’s perfect for days when her skin feels dry and she needs a little boost. Very highly recommended.

Sent to me for review this product comes well presented in a well labelled box with supportive information well documented on the Amazon product description page. Inside the box you get a 50ml glass jar with a green screw off lid and underneath the lid is a secondary seal to protect its integrity and freshness.

The product itself contains a number of beneficial ingredients and these include organic aloe vera and Vitamin E & Q10. These ingredients are meant to work together in improving the quality of the skin and some of these expected benefits are firms and moisturises for softer skin, restores firmness and elasticity and anti wrinkle.

The product itself is white in colour with a thick consistency and although it's difficult to accurately identify the scent, it is indeed pleasant. It absorbs into the skin very well indeed and did not cause any skin irritation. By the end of the first jar you should at least have some idea about whether or not it's had a beneficial effect.

This is an excellent, Greek made, daily facial cream moisturiser, which comes in a very attractive 1.70 fl.oz/50 ml glass jar.

The cream is made from natural ingredients sourced from the Mediterranean, including, amongst other things, organic aloe vera (which is, of course, very well known for its soothing and balming effect on the skin), plum seed extract, avocado oil, Vitamin E, and much more besides.

If you Google "the skin benefits of aloe vera", you'll find literally dozens of websites explaining about the potential anti-oxidant and anti-wrinkle benefits. Aloe vera is very well known for it's anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities, which is why it's a key ingredient in lots of quality skin products, especially more expensive sun burn treatments.

Similarly, if you Google "skin benefits of Vitamin E", you'll find dozens if not hundreds of websites about it's potential benefits as a skin moisturiser and anti-ageing treatment.

This anti-wrinkle cream is very viscous, it looks like a slightly melted vanilla ice cream, it's creamy coloured but goes completely transparent once massaged into the skin, and without leaving any unsightly streaks or stains.

The cream has a lovely, subtle, natural scent of aloe, and it leaves your skin feeling very nicely moisturised, refreshed, and silky smooth. The effect is long lasting too, from morning through to night.

My girlfriend has particularly sensitive facial skin, which can break out in spots for all sorts of reasons - she's prone to bouts of acne and pityriasis rosea. On the very firm advice of her treating dermatologist, she only uses skin care products which are 100% all-natural, or else significantly composed of natural ingredients. Happily, she's able to use this moisturising product on a daily basis without it triggering any skin complaints.

This product works as an anti-wrinkle cream as well as a skin moisturiser. Both my partner and I, aged in our mid-forties, have made daily use of high quality skin moisturisers like this one for the last few years. We're now getting much closer to age fifty than forty these days, but we've still managed to avoid tell-tale frown-lines on the forehead and unsightly crow's feet around the eyes.

Of course, this could simply be down to fortuitous genetics and a sensible lifestyle, including diet, but I can't help thinking, when I look at family and friends of mine of a similar age, i.e. people who are showing distinct signs of the ageing process, that a rigorous skin care plan using products like this one, can help to preserve age-defying looks for just that little bit longer.

I do suspect that the standard bearer for maintaining youthful looks, Sir Cliff Richard himself, probably has an assortment of products like this one tucked away somewhere on his bathroom shelves.

According to my girlfriend, when she uses this moisturiser on a daily basis, the jar will last her anywhere from one to two months. Highly recommended, in any event.
