My advice is to lather it on. Dont apply this like moisturiser or suntan lotion. Layer this stuff on and it will work, but as usual, try a small area first.
I didnt put enough on at first, and not all the hair on my arm came off as a result. So I slapped a good few rounds on, making sure the hairs stayed down with the cream, and this is key Ive found. If the hairs stick out from the cream, they wont come out as easily. If they get stuck down and start to curl on themselves, they just wipe away. You have to be slow and gentle, as I did draw blood from some of the pores after the strand came out, but as long as you shower and clean the area afterward, its no big deal.
I wouldnt recommend rinsing this stuff off, you have to wipe it off. Anyone who uses wax or paste in their hair will understand what I mean. It doesnt leave a residue, but the smell lingers for about an hour afterward, however it does eventually go away. A shower the next day will get rid of it completely, so do it on the weekend or in the evenings.
The scraper provided kind of works, but you have to use it against the grain...and if its your first time, you dont know which way to 'scrape', so it seems like it doesnt work at first. It does, but wiping it away is easier and more effective.
Oh, and the cream may start to feel like its slightly burning after about 5 minutes. Your arm or back or chest will go fairly red as a result, but I found this was only the case when I was wiping hard against the skin to get stubborn strands to come out, it definitely makes the skin more sensitive, so be gentle. I just used soft toiletpaper and then used warm water and shower gel (or soap) in the sink to get rid of the remaining residue.
You also get a surprisingly large amount of cream, the tube is larger than you expect, so theres a good amount of usage to be had out of it. Unless you're a gorilla, this should last you months.

I had terrible experience with razors in recent past and had to use it in arse to get rid of the unwanted hair. It worked perfectly. I did not follow the manual. I did not use the spatula provided. I used a lot of the cream, applied with my finger. Left it for 15 minutes. Cleaned with toilet paper, hot water and soap. Everything was smooth. I had no irritation, rash or after effect. However skin sensitivity varies from person to person so before use please apply a small amount in a small skin area of your body and if there is no reaction then use it. Please keep in mind that like all hair removed, this also has an unpleasant odour. Although they try to hide it with fragrance, it is there.

It does work. And smells very strange. Not disgusting, but definitely unusual, but thats the case with any hair removal product.
